You don't have to pay anything until you are happy to employ the Nanny or Household Staff we introduced to you.
Whatever you do, we advise you to use an agency and not to attempt to hire a nanny direct as you won't be able to get them CRB checked (only agencies have this facility). You also probably do not have experience in thorough reference checking.
Parents Registration Nanny registration
Permanent Perfect Nanny Placement Fees
UK Nannies/Governesses - 15% of the Nanny's annual net salary.
UK Hosehold Staff - 20% of Candidate's annual net salary.
Clients within the UK who have received 10 candidate profiles matching their requirements will be required to pay a 5% non-refundable deposit on the standard agency fee to receive further candidate profiles.
Abroad Placements for Nannies/Governesses Staff - 20% of the Nanny's annual net salary.
Abroad Hosehold Staff - 25% of Candidate's annual net salary.
Clients requiring Candidate placements based outside the United Kingdom are required to pay a £400 refundable deposit prior to receiving candidates' profiles.
Permanent Babysitter Introduction Fee - £150
*Minimum permanent placement fee - £900.
Temporary Perfect Nanny Placement Fees
UK Temporary Nannies and Domestic Staff:
- £35 per day or £130 per week in UK,
Overseas Nannies and Domestic Staff
-£50 per day or £200 per week abroad
After 12 weeks employment will be charged as permanent.
Trial
Clients are offered the opportunity to employ a Candidate on a trial basis for no longer than two (2) days free of charge.
If the Client “trials” a Candidate or Candidates for a period exceeding two (2) days the Client will be liable to pay the full temporary or permanent Agency fee.
Maximum trial period, which will be deducted from your final fees, should you decide to employ the candidate permanently, is 2 weeks.
Nanny salaries
Nanny salaries vary depending upon the nanny job itself. Live-in, live-out and part-time nannies all vary in salary and the hours they are expected to work. (To learn more please go to our Nanny Services Page)

Nanny salaries are always stated in net values.
Live-out Nanny (Daily Nanny) £9 - 12/hour
Live-In Nanny (5 days) £300-£450/week
24/6 or 24- Hour Care 6 days a week £700/week
Temporary Nanny £9 - 14/hour
Weekend Nanny £9 - £12/hour
After School Nanny £12 - £15/hour
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment to be made within 7 days of an invoice.
If the Client fails to make any payment on the due date then the Agent shall, without prejudice to any right which the Agent may have pursuant to any statutory provision in force from time to time, have the right to charge the Client interest on a daily basis at an annual rate of 10% above the base rate of NatWest from time to time on any sum due and not paid by the due date. Such interest shall be calculated cumulatively on a daily basis and shall run from day to day and accrue after as well as before any judgment.
Placement Guarantee.
We will provide you with 7 months guarantee: in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your choice within 7 months, we will find you another nanny for free.
After the 7 months and before 12 months, if you are still not happy, we will endeavour to find you a replacement nanny for 35% off the contract fee.
Our service does not end with the successful placement of a nanny. We will always be available should you have any queries or concerns for the duration of your nannies' employment with you.
